Lost Packages:

Please select Route Package Protection at checkout to insure your order. Without this package protection, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your order after it has been shipped, please contact USPS for assistance.

Once a package leaves Bachca, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information, or delivery confirmation and will not refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft. 

We appreciate your understanding.

REFUND POLICY

If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of actual receipt of the order, the order is deemed final and no refund or exchange may take place,

We gladly accept returns of undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • Free of any markings, labels, or signs of wear

Please ensure all items are securely packed when returning.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
