BRUSH CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Keep your brush away from prolonged contact with water or store it in the provided cotton pouch to protect it from moisture.
• To clean, first remove any hair caught between the bristles.
• Apply a small amount of gentle shampoo, gently massage, and rinse thoroughly.
• Dry your brush on a clean towel with the bristles facing down for about one day.
• Avoid direct, excessive heat on brushes with nylon bristles.
• To preserve the quality of your brush, keep it at a safe distance from your hair dryer and use the lowest heat setting possible.

Cellulose acetate is a plant-based material made from natural cotton and wood fibers.

Unlike ordinary plastic, it’s biodegradable over time and far more durable. That’s why many of our Bachca hair clips, combs, and accessories are crafted with this material.

Once a package leaves Bachca, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information, or delivery confirmation and will not refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft.

RETURNS:

If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of actual receipt of the order, the order is deemed final and no refund or exchange may take place,

We gladly accept returns of undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• In their original packaging
• Unused and in perfect condition
• Free of any markings, labels, or signs of wear
  

Please ensure all items are securely packed when returning.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
