Lost Packages:
Once a package leaves Bachca, we
have no control over delivery times, delays, tracking updates, or delivery
confirmation. We will not refund or replace orders subject to loss or theft
after the package has been handed to the carrier.
If there is an issue with your
shipment after it has been dispatched, please contact USPS or UPS directly for
assistance. We appreciate your understanding.

REFUND POLICY
Standard Items
We gladly accept returns of
undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. If items are not returned within
fourteen (14) days from the date of actual receipt, the order is deemed final
and no refund or exchange may take place.
To qualify for a refund, items
must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and in perfect condition
- Free of any markings, labels, or signs of wear
Please ensure all items are
securely packed when returning. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Personalized & Engraved Items — Final Sale
All personalized and engraved items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or
refunds will be accepted on any product that has been customized with a name,
message, or engraving.
By confirming your personalization at checkout, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed and approved the exact text to be engraved.
- The personalization cannot be changed or cancelled after the order is placed.
- The order is final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
In the event of a manufacturing
defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at customerservice@bachca.com
with a photo of the item and your order number. We will assess each case
individually.
