Bachca was created from a love of beauty and a passion for thoughtful detail. We design simple, timeless essentials that elevate your everyday beauty routine.

How It All Began
Bachca was born in 2016, when founder Camille de Bascher turned her passion for beauty accessories into a brand of her own.
After more than 10 years designing for others, she dreamed of creating something more personal — a collection that felt authentic, thoughtful, and true to her values. In 2023, Bachca opened its very first boutique in Nantes: a place to meet community and share the brand experience in real life.
Our Craft
Our iconic hairbrushes are made with care, rooted in time-honored craftsmanship. Each brush combines a unique design with a handle crafted from durable European beechwood — a noble, long-lasting material.
The bristles are thoughtfully designed to suit every hair type: curly, coily, straight, thick, fine, long, or short. A timeless essential, created to care for your beauty every day
Our Values
At Bachca, we’re committed to using natural, non-polluting materials to create products that last — while keeping our environmental footprint as small as possible.
The handles of our brushes and makeup tools are crafted from raw beechwood, left untreated and free of varnish or chemicals. Our combs and hair clips are made from cellulose acetate — a durable, eco-conscious material that’s biodegradable and derived from 70% plant fibers, not petrochemicals.
Even our packaging is designed with care, made mostly from cardboard and fully recyclable.
Our Commitments
To make high-quality beauty accessories accessible to as many people as possible, we chose to work with trusted partners in China. These factories have been by our side for over 10 years, and each one is regularly audited and certified by the most demanding international standards, including SA8000 and BSCI.
We are proud of the relationships we’ve built, based on trust, expertise, and shared values.
At the same time, we are always seeking French partners in the hope of creating a more local alternative in the future.
