For optimal use of your ear cleaner, start by washing it with warm soapy water or a gentle disinfectant before each use. It’s best used after a shower or bath, when earwax is softened, making removal easier.

When using it, gently insert the ear cleaner into the ear canal without forcing it. Use light, rotating movements to collect earwax without irritating the delicate skin of the ear. After use, clean it again with soapy water or a disinfectant, then allow it to air dry.

    How Do I Take Care of My Brush?

    BRUSH CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Keep your brush away from prolonged contact with water or store it in the provided cotton pouch to protect it from moisture.
    • To clean, first remove any hair caught between the bristles.
    • Apply a small amount of gentle shampoo, gently massage, and rinse thoroughly.
    • Dry your brush on a clean towel with the bristles facing down for about one day.
    • Avoid direct, excessive heat on brushes with nylon bristles.
    • To preserve the quality of your brush, keep it at a safe distance from your hair dryer and use the lowest heat setting possible.

    What is Cellulose Acetate?

    Cellulose acetate is a plant-based material made from natural cotton and wood fibers.

    SHIPPING:
    Please select Route Package Protection at checkout to insure your order. Without this package protection, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your order after it has been shipped, please contact USPS for assistance.

    Once a package leaves Bachca, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information, or delivery confirmation and will not refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft.

    RETURNS:

    If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of actual receipt of the order, the order is deemed final and no refund or exchange may take place,

    We gladly accept returns of undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

    • Unused and in perfect condition
    • Free of any markings, labels, or signs of wear

    Please ensure all items are securely packed when returning.
