This brush is ideal for very fine and fragile hair, such as baby hair, and can be used from birth. It is also perfectly suited for sensitive scalps.

WHEN TO USE:
The Baby Care Hair Brush is best used on dry hair, in the morning to tame flyaways, and in the evening to remove impurities accumulated throughout the day.

Brush components:

The handle is made from French beechwood, sustainably sourced from certified forests and crafted just 30 miles from our workshop. The packaging is 100% recyclable cardboard, made in southern France from responsibly managed forests. The pearlescent bio-resin medallion is sourced from an authentic button maker in the Jura region. The natural rubber base is currently produced abroad by our long-standing suppliers, while the goat bristles are zero-waste by-products of food-grade farming. Each brush is hand-assembled by skilled artisans, including people with disabilities, in a workshop 18 miles from our headquarters.

How Do I Take Care of My Brush?

BRUSH CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Keep your brush away from prolonged contact with water or store it in the provided cotton pouch to protect it from moisture.
  • To clean, first remove any hair caught between the bristles.
  • Apply a small amount of gentle shampoo, gently massage, and rinse thoroughly.
  • Dry your brush on a clean towel with the bristles facing down for about one day.
  • Avoid direct, excessive heat on brushes with nylon bristles.
  • To preserve the quality of your brush, keep it at a safe distance from your hair dryer and use the lowest heat setting possible.

What is Cellulose Acetate?

Cellulose acetate is a plant-based material made from natural cotton and wood fibers.

Unlike ordinary plastic, it’s biodegradable over time and far more durable. That’s why many of our Bachca hair clips, combs, and accessories are crafted with this material.

What is the Shipping & Return Policy?

SHIPPING:
Please select Route Package Protection at checkout to insure your order. Without this package protection, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your order after it has been shipped, please contact USPS for assistance.

Once a package leaves Bachca, we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, tracking information, or delivery confirmation and will not refund or replace orders that are subject to loss or theft. 

We appreciate your understanding.

RETURNS:

If the products are not returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of actual receipt of the order, the order is deemed final and no refund or exchange may take place,

We gladly accept returns of undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • Free of any markings, labels, or signs of wear

Please ensure all items are securely packed when returning.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
