✨ Your Hair Diagnosis

Your hair is dry and fragile — but don’t worry, we’ve got tips to bring it back to life.

WHY IS MY HAIR DRY?

Dry, brittle hair usually means your strands are craving hydration. Sometimes it’s in your genes, but more often it comes from daily stressors — sun, wind, heat styling, or even hard water. And yes, not drinking enough water can play a role too.

The best part? Dryness isn’t permanent. With the right care (and a few smart swaps in your routine), your hair can quickly bounce back to soft, shiny, and full of life. Here are our go-to tips for bringing your hair back to its healthiest self!

How to Keep Hair Hydrated and Strong

Do’s:

Stay hydrated! It may sound simple, but drinking at least 1.5 liters of water a day keeps your body — and your hair — properly hydrated.

Choose the right brush. A 100% boar bristle brush helps reduce breakage and strengthen the hair fiber. Always brush on dry hair, where the tension is lower than on wet strands.

Nourish with natural oils. Haircare products rich in plant oils — or pure oils like argan used as a pre-shampoo treatment — deeply hydrate the fiber. Aloe vera gel is also great to add moisture and make detangling easier.

Eat for stronger hair. Foods packed with iron, protein, vitamins, and minerals — like lentils, chicken, nuts, and spinach — help keep hair strong and healthy.

Don’ts:

Turn down the heat. Minimize blow-dryers, straighteners, and curling irons — or keep them on low heat. Bleaching is also very damaging and should be avoided if you want hydrated, resilient hair.

Skip harsh products. Stay away from formulas with sulfates or alcohol-based detanglers, which can dry out and weaken your strands.

Watch your diet. Limit saturated fats and sugars 🍰, and avoid alcohol, excess salt, and too much caffeine.
